Let’s Get Cooking!

  1. Place your chicken into a plastic bowl.

  2. Add a heaping spoonful of mayo and mix it in with your hands.

  3. Pour a hefty amount of Texas Pete Hot Sauce onto your chicken as you like and stir before finishing it of with a quarter of a bottle of George’s Hot Barbecue Sauce.

  4. Grab tongs and pull your chicken out of the bowl and place it on a cutting board and season them generously with your favorite chicken, steak, and seafood seasoning.

  5. Pour cooking oil into pan and place your chickens down, seasoning them one last time.

  6. After you flip them and the seasoning crips up on the outside, turn the heat down and add in some more of that George’s Hot Barbecue Sauce.

  7. Cover and wrap the pan in tinfoil and place in the oven at 350°F for about 20-30 min.

  8. Once they’re done, pull them out of the oven, plate them and take a spoonful of the vinegar that the chicken was cooking in and drizzle over the top. Now enjoy!
