Firehouse Cheeseburger and Fries

What You’ll Need!

Seasons & Spices

  • Your Favorite Beef Rub

  • Spicy Seasoning Rub

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef

  • 1/2 Cup George’s Original Barbecue Sauce

  • Pepperjack Cheese Slices

  • Cheddar Cheese Slices

  • All Your Other Favorite Burger Toppings

Let’s Get Cooking!

  1. Place your ground beef into a large bowl then season generously with the beef rub of your choice.

  2. Add ½ a cup of George’s Original Barbecue Sauce and mix it all together.

  3. Now grab and shape your ground beef into the right-sized burgers that you want. Place them on a pan and let them hang out in the fridge for a little while.

  4. While your burgers are chilling in the fridge, grab a bag of steak-cut fries & place them on a pan.

  5. Spray them down with a little bit of olive oil then kick them up a notch with a spicy seasoning rub of your choice, cooking in the oven or air fryer accordingly.

  6. Grab your burgers and place them on the grill. Once they’ve cooked accordingly and you’ve flipped them, add just a touch more of that Carolina Holy Water aka George’s Original Barbecue Sauce

  7. Add the cheese of your choice on top of your burgers; we recommend Pepperjack or Cheddar and let it melt into ooey-goodness.

  8. Put your burgers on a bun with your other toppings, grab your fries and you’re ready to dig in!
