Boneless Pork Chops with Apple Glazed Mushrooms and Onions

INGREDIENTS
4 boneless pork chops
1 diced onion
1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms, any variety
3 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp apple jelly
black pepper, salt to season
garlic powder to season
1/2 cup Georges BBQ Sauce, Hot or Original
DIRECTIONS
On medium-high heat, cook chops that have been seasoned on both sides in oil in large skillet or frying pan. Cook until brown, both sides, and remove chops from pan into covered dish to remain warm during the rest of the preparations (do not overcook the chops.) Place onion and mushrooms into same pan and cook on medium heat until somewhat soft, stirring occasionally. Continue cooking and add the apple jelly. Stir while cooking until the jelly has melted and add the Georges Sauce. Cook for 2 minutes longer. Plate the chops and add the onion mixture and sauce.
