BBQ Chicken with Ham

INGREDIENTS
4 or 5 boneless breasts (pounded thin)
country ham trimmings (bits and pieces)
(one package per 9 X 13)
1 tsp salt
1 cup George’s BBQ Sauce
DIRECTIONS
Spread ham pieces in a 9 X 13 dish. Place chicken on top of ham and sprinkle with salt. Pour George’s over chicken. Bake in a 400 degree oven for 1/2 hour (covered). Reduce temperature to 275 degrees and continue to cook uncovered for 1 hour, 30 minutes. Cover with foil and leave in warm oven until ready to serve.
