Fully Cooked Pork Barbecue
Our BBQ is slow cooked with LP Gas & Charcoal. It's whole hog, contains no fillers, and is packaged in vacuum sealed bags. For convenient quick-serve meal portions, our 3 lb package contains two 1.5 lb bags, and our 5 lb package contains two 2.5 lb bags.

BBQ ships frozen and is packaged with ice gel in foam-insulated containers. When it arrives it's ready to heat and serve, or you can place in your freezer for later enjoyment.
